Status Update on Coronavirus

Healthy Pets Insurance is working hard to ensure that the impact of Coronavirus (also known as COVID-19) does not affect you or your policy.

Further to Government advice, Healthy Pets call centre staff are working in reduced numbers and as such the number of calls being answered is limited. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.  We are still operating but with limited availability and our team are happy to answer your query via email at [email protected].  Please rest assured that your pet's policy will continue as normal, but there is a delay in all areas of the business.

Our claims team continue to work as hard as possible on assessing your claims and responding to claim queries and we expect delays due to remote working conditions, thank you for bearing with us.

This page is updated on a regular basis in line with government advice and the current status of the working environment.  We aim to keep any disruption to a minimum in the event this status changes.
